Information: Dhadu Lena is the Sri Lankan national animal. They are larger than the normal squirrels. They eats fruits, nuts, barks and insects.

They are common in Sri Lankan hill country, some areas in dry zone. Some times they eat up the harvest, so farmers tend to chased them out from their farm land.
